Wedding Cake Menu
My wedding cake menu is extensive and ever-evolving as I continually develop and test new recipes and combinations, and take inspiration from the seasonal flavours and feelings. Here is a sample of some of my most popular wedding cake flavours.

Classic Cake Flavours
A selection of classic and long-standing favourite cake flavours with my own twists.
VANILLA BEAN DREAM
Delicious buttery soft sponge flecked with real Madagascan vanilla bean seeds, filled with creamy Madagascan vanilla buttercream and homemade fruity strawberry compote infused with a hint of basil.

STICKY TOFFEE CARAMEL
Rich dark layers of sticky date sponge cake, filled with lashings of thick homemade sea-salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream.

LOVELY LEMON
Layers of soft sponge lightly flavoured with juice and zest of unwaxed, organic lemons, filled with lemon buttercream and thick and tangy homemade lemon curd.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Layers of rich and moist chocolate sponge cake, filled with milk chocolate buttercream and layers of dark Belgian chocolate ganache.

WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY
Creamy white chocolate sponge scattered with fresh raspberry pieces, filled with Belgian white chocolate buttercream and a tangy homemade raspberry compote.

GINGER & BISCOFF
Layers of sticky ginger sponge filled with Lotus Biscoff flavoured buttercream, drizzles of Biscoff spread and a crunchy scattering of Biscoff crumbs.

COCONUT & RASPBERRY
Buttery and creamy coconut sponge scattered with fresh raspberry pieces, filled with homemade raspberry compote and creamy coconut buttercream.

RICH FRUIT CAKE
Rich and flavoursome traditional fruit cake, packed with a blend of warming spices and brandy soaked vine fruits, covered in premium marzipan and sugarpaste. (Available only as an additonal cutting cake)


Unique Cake Flavours
Whilst the classic cake flavours are great all round crowd pleasers, sometimes it's good to be a little bit different and have some slightly more unique cake flavours in your wedding cake.
ALMOND, MATCHA & BERRY
Layers of sponge with the nutty aroma of freshly roasted almonds, filled with a naturally green coloured earthy Japanese matcha tea buttercream and a creamy homemade raspberry curd. A matcha made in heaven!

COCONUT & PASSION FRUIT
Incredibly moist and fluffy layers of creamy coconut cake, filled with coconut buttercream and tangy homemade passion fruit curd. Also available with the addition of black sesame praline.

SPICED CARROT, ORANGE & CARAMEL
Layers of rich moist carrot cake filled to the brim with warming spices, freshly grated carrot, chopped walnuts, coconut, orange and rum-soaked sultanas, filled with orange zest buttercream and a layer of spiced salted caramel.

FRAGRANT WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD
Light yet rich white chocolate mud cake infused with fresh thyme, filled with white chocolate and thyme buttercream and Scottish strawberry jam.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE TRUFFLE
Insanely rich Belgian chocolate truffle style cake, filled with mousse like fresh orange dark chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline buttercream. Sheer chocolate decadence.

PINK PEPPERED VANILLA
Classic buttery vanilla sponge layers filled with a subtly spiced pink peppercorn buttercream and fruity raspberry jam.

CHOCOLATE STOUT CAKE
Rich, chocolatey, fudgy, fruity and malty all at the same time. This deliciously moist chocolate cake is made with a Scottish stout ale and pairs perfectly with juicy raspberry compôte and raspberry buttercream. Also equally delicious with white chocolate buttercream for a sweeter hit.

LEMON, LAVENDER & BLUEBERRY
Delicate lemon yoghurt cake layers speckled with whole blueberries, filled with lemon curd and lavender infused buttercream.

CHOCOLATE, BAY & BLACKBERRY
A light and moist chocolate sponge cake filled with a decadent bay infused chocolate ganache, and a fruity blackberry and bay jam.

GINGER, PEAR & CARAMELISED WHITE CHOCOLATE
Dark and sticky ginger cake filled with caramelised white chocolate ganache and a fruity pear jam.

ESPRESSO, CARAMEL & WALNUT
A modern twist on the classic coffee cake. Layers of espresso soaked sponge filled with espresso caramel sauce and walnut praline buttercream.
