Copper Rose is a bespoke cake studio creating sculptural wedding cakes inspired by the quiet beauty of the Scottish landscape. I believe a wedding cake should be a beautiful centrepiece - intentionally designed and meticulously finished to sit naturally within the atmosphere of your day.
My work focuses on movement and organic texture, drawing on the delicate lines of botanical forms and soft structure. From hand-sculpted sugar details to flowing fondant ruffles, each design captures the untamed elegance of nature in a refined, contemporary way.
The process is calm, collaborative, and personal, ensuring the experience is as seamless and considered as the finished cake itself.

Every Copper Rose cake is designed with a careful balance of structure and softness. From the movement of rice paper sails to sculptural silhouettes and pared-back designs with subtle detail, each piece is composed to feel natural and effortless.
I work with couples drawn to thoughtful design and a love of travel, food, and form. Whether celebrating in Scotland’s most distinctive historic castles, remote country estates, or contemporary private homes, each cake is designed to sit seamlessly within its setting - as if it has always belonged.
Signature Flavours with a Scottish Sense of Place
My menu is a curated exploration of the Scottish larder - whisky, wild berries, and orchard fruits - lifted by sun-warmed notes inspired by Provence and Italy.
Each pairing is thoughtfully composed, forming a considered collection of flavours that feel both familiar and quietly unexpected, bringing a true sense of place to your celebration.

The Experience
The cake was not only a stunning centrepiece – admired by everyone – but it was hands down the most talked-about wedding cake we’ve ever come across. I’ve never heard so many compliments about a cake at any wedding I’ve attended. It was absolutely perfect in both taste and design.
