From artisan cultured butter produced near Edinburgh and free-range eggs from a hillside farm here in Dunkeld, to organic British-milled flour, Belgian couverture chocolate, and Madagascan vanilla pods, every element is chosen for its character and quality. Each compôte, curd, praline, and caramel is made in-house to ensure freshness and depth of flavour. For couples who love food, this means your cake is never simply sweet, it’s layered, balanced, and full of stories worth savouring.

Some celebrations call for a flavour that’s as distinctive as your story. My bespoke flavour design service is for those who want something truly personal, whether inspired by a favourite dessert from your travels, a cherished family recipe, or simply flavours you love.
This is where ideas are dreamt up, recipes are developed, and your one-of-a-kind flavour comes to life. Each element, from curds and jams to ganaches and caramels, is handmade with care, creating a wedding cake flavour that is unmistakably and uniquely yours.
This service includes an exclusive tasting of your bespoke creation and is available as a premium add-on.

A Note on Allergens
My cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, eggs, and dairy, and while every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that traces will not be present.

If you or your guests have specific dietary requirements, please let me know at the time of booking. I will always do my best to advise and, where possible, adapt recipes to suit, while ensuring that taste and quality remain at the heart of everything I create.
